We’re looking for a curious, creative, and hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support our Maternal Nursing product portfolio. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take ideas from concept to prototype, testing, production, and continuous improvement while collaborating with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development teams. What You’ll Do As a Mechanical Engineer, you’ll: Design, develop, and improve mechanical components, assemblies, and systems. Create and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Build prototypes and test new product concepts and design improvements.

Troubleshoot technical challenges using root cause analysis and creative problem-solving. Make technical decisions involving component selection, system design, and verification and validation methods. Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product Development throughout the product lifecycle.

Support product changes, upgrades, quality improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure designs meet quality, regulatory, manufacturability, reliability, and internal requirements. Evaluate components and provide technical support for suppliers and sourcing activities.

Support manufacturing teams in resolving design-related issues and improving product performance. Explore emerging technologies and new ideas that can help drive innovation. ***Visa Sponsorships are not available at this time***
