Business Controlleria toistaiseksi voimassa olevaan työsuhteeseen

Business Controllerina tuet liiketoimintaa talouden näkökulmasta. Vastuullasi on kokonaisvaltaisesti rehuliiketoiminnan taloudellinen seuranta ja suunnittelu sekä tuotekustannuslaskenta. Osallistut aktiivisesti liiketoiminnan ohjaamiseen taloudellisten analyysiesi pohjalta. Tehtävässä raportoit Lantmännen Agro Oy:n talousjohtajalle ja työskentelet tiiviisti kansainvälisen konsernin eri tiimien sekä sidosryhmien kanssa.

Odotamme sinulta:

  • Useamman vuoden kokemusta Business Controllerin tehtävistä
  • Tehtävään soveltuvaa korkeakoulututkintoa
  • Sisäisen laskennan vahvaa osaamista sekä kirjanpidon perusteiden hallintaa
  • Hyviä MS Office -taitoja (etenkin Excel), MS Power BI:n ja Infor M3 käyttökokemus luetaan eduksi
  • Sujuvaa suomen ja englannin kielen suullista ja kirjallista taitoa, ruotsi katsotaan eduksi
  • Hyviä vuorovaikutustaitoja
  • Kykyä systemaattiseen, itsenäiseen työskentelyyn sekä päättäväistä otetta työhön
  • Paineensietokykyä ja joustavuutta työaikojen suhteen
