JOB PURPOSE
The Lead Logistics (Air & Sea) is responsible for achieving freight targets, ensuring timely renewal of contracts,
onboarding vendors, supporting project initiatives for all matter related to Sea and Air Logistics, conducting
vendor evaluations, and complying with MSME rules. The role aims to drive efficiency, cost savings, vendor
development and customer satisfaction in logistics operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
? Seek and identify potential business opportunities across different units, while ensuring cost savings.
? Ensure the timely renewal of total air and sea annual contracts.
? Identify and onboard new Freight Forwarders (FF) or direct shipping lines to expand the logistics network,
thereby increasing efficiency and competitiveness.
? Acquire new internal customers (IC/SBG) through effective business development strategies, fostering
growth and diversification.
? Ensure all existing vendors adhere to the code of conduct and complete the acceptance process,
