Job Description:

Job Summary:

Responsible for the timely and accurate coordination of monthly payroll processing by extracting payroll data from Workday and submitting payroll advice to the third-party payroll provider. Ensures accurate processing of employee compensation, payroll adjustments, and RSU (Restricted Stock Unit) vesting payments while maintaining compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, validate, and submit monthly payroll data from Workday to the third-party payroll processor.
• Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Review payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Process and release employee RSU vested payments and related payroll transactions.
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Respond to payroll-related inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, tax requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least with experience of payroll processing, payroll accounting or payroll administration
• Experience working with Workday, equity compensation programs (RSUs) and third-party payroll providers Familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll reporting tools.n skills.
