Permanent, full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) based at Collingwood.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage the delivery of social and affordable housing developments and asset redevelopment projects.
- Contribute to project feasibility, procurement strategies, budgets, tender processes and funding requirements.
- Coordinate consultants, builders and external partners to achieve quality design and construction outcomes.
- Manage project risks, costs, milestones and reporting, ensuring issues are identified and addressed early.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support planning approvals, project completion and handover to operational teams.
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in property development or project management.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in design, property development or a related discipline.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and report-writing skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, risks, consultants and delivery milestones.
- A commitment to Launch Housing’s values and our mission to end homelessness.
