Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Lead and own end-to-end solution architecture across TDI ecosystem (channels, Guidewire, integrations, vendor system, downstream systems)
Design scalable solutions across Guidewire ClaimCenter and GWCP aligned with business outcomes
Define and govern integration architecture (APIs, event-driven patterns, messaging) across enterprise and vendor ecosystems
Establish and enforce architecture standards, data models, and solution patterns Lead architecture reviews, design governance, and technical oversight
Collaborate with business, engineering, and vendors to translate requirements into scalable solutions
Drive POCs, innovation, and adoption of cloud and modern capabilities (AI, automation, digital channels)
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Proven experience as a Solution Architect on Guidewire (ClaimCenter) and GWCP implementations
Strong expertise in Guidewire Cloud capabilities (Integration Gateway, App Events, Claims AutoPilot)
Solid background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance, preferably in Claims domain
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end architecture for large-scale programs Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (API, event-driven, messaging)
Experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS preferred) and DevOps practices (CI/CD)
Proven experience in architecture governance, design reviews, and technical leadership
