岗位职责 / Responsibilities
Monitor and manage supplier stock reports to ensure accurate inventory visibility and timely follow-up on supply status.
Create and release purchase orders through SAP and suppliers’ systems, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
Manage and maintain BOM flags in SAP to ensure accurate material and procurement information.
Manage and maintain vendor master data and vendor codes in SAP.
Manage component RMA processes, including coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and closure.
任职要求 / Requirements
5+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably with EU and international exposure.
Strong vendor and supplier management experience, including supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.
Hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
Solid understanding of end-to-end (E2E) procurement processes and ODM/OEM operations.
Strong data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset to support team members and achieve common goals.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-regional and multicultural environment.
