岗位职责 / Responsibilities

职责1：供应商寻源与市场分析

1. 针对AI新赛道产品进行深入的市场调研和技术趋势分析。

2. 主动寻源并建立潜在供应商数据库，引入适配 AI 产品、具备成本优势的供应商。

3. 分析各供应商的技术优势、成本结构和供应能力，为选型提供数据支持。

职责2：供应商评估、认证与导入

1. 组织研发、质量团队对候选供应商进行技术评审和实地考察（Audit）。

2. 主导商务谈判，完成样品采购、测试验证和供应商认证流程。

3. 推动通过认证的供应商完成首批订单的交付，确保量产导入的顺利。

职责3：供应链体系搭建与持续优化

1. 建立并完善机器人项目的供应商准入标准和管理流程（AVL 建设）。

2. 监控核心供应商的交付表现和质量状况，建立风险预警机制。

3. 持续推动成本优化和替代方案开发，提升供应链的韧性和竞争力。

任职要求 / Requirements

学历和专业要求

本科及以上学历，机械工程、自动化、供应链管理、工业工程等相关专业优先。

工作经验要求

5年及以上3C行业采购经验; 机构/电子经验优先。

能力要求

1.具备强谈判能力，有成功推动成本下降或优化付款条件的案例;

2.熟悉3C供应商体系（全球 / 国内主流厂商），有优质供应商资源者优先;

3.具备供应链风险预判与解决能力，能应对突发断供、质量问题;

4.逻辑清晰，擅长数据复盘，能使用 Excel/ERP 系统分析采购数据。;

5.有参与创业公司或者0-1经验者优先
