Who you are:

-3 years well rounded experience in GL, A/P, A/R, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, cash receipts, and billing

-Supervisory experience and Degree in Accounting preferred

-Previous experience in not for profit or foundation preferred

Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations and for staff supervision of the accounting department.General responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to; bank reconciliations, cash receipts, preparation of entrancefee schedules, fixed assets, Foundation accounting, various GL (general ledger) accountanalysis and oversight of Accounts Payable and billing.Managerwill assist withaccounts payable and accounts receivable for independent living, assisted living,dementia care and in home care and will assist with the budget preparation and inputtingof data.This position provides accounting support to Casa de las Campanas as well astheCasaFoundation.

Essential Job Duties:

• AnalyzesspecificGLaccounts onamonthlybasis withappropriatesupport.

• PreparesjournalentriesrelatedtoGLaccountanalysisasneeded.

• Identifies and initiates policy and procedure changes as needed for the department.

• Preparesbankandotherinvestmentreconciliationsasnecessary.

• Updates fixed asset accounting system, annual property filing statement, andcompareexpenditurestobudget.

• Reconcileconstructioninprogressaccounts.

• Preparesaudit schedulesandrelatedaudit confirmations.

• Update and certify the BlackLine System for assigned GL account reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Rate of Pay: $95,000 - $105,000 Annually
