Overview
Life Care Services is a senior living management company headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa, that operates retirement communities on behalf of nonprofit and private owners. Founded in 1971 and now part of LCS, it manages life plan communities, independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing campuses across the US, including Casa de las Campanas in San Diego and Greenwood Village South in Indiana. It hires housekeepers, maintenance and remodel technicians, drivers, security guards, life enrichment coordinators, dining and front desk staff and regional finance and marketing managers.
