岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责关节模组谐波减速器产品的结构设计与优化，完成三维建模、工程图绘制及 BOM 表编制;

2、主导谐波减速器样件试制与测试验证，分析试验数据并制定改进方案以解决技术瓶颈;

3、协同工艺团队进行工装夹具设计，推动量产过程中的工艺优化与良率提升;

4、对接客户技术需求，提供专业技术支持并参与项目全生命周期管理;

5、持续跟踪行业前沿技术，开展新技术预研，协助团队完成产品迭代与技术升级。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，机械设计及制造、车辆工程等相关专业，具备扎实的力学基础;

2、精通 SolidWorks、CATIA 等主流三维设计软件，熟悉减速器传动原理及结构设计规范;

3、具有 5 年以上谐波减速器研发经验，有主机厂配套项目经验/关节模组经验者优先;

4、熟悉 GD&T 尺寸公差分析及材料特性，具备良好的问题解决能力与跨部门协作意识;

5、英语读写流利，持有相关职称或证书者加分。
