Job Title: Data Entry / Admin Assistant

Location: Dugbe - Ibadan,  Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time (Mon-Sat)

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, organized, and honest Data &Admin Assistant who is very good with Microsoft Excel to manage our daily records, inventory, sales reports and office operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of artworks, materials, sales, and expenses using Microsoft Excel.
• Update stock sheets in Excel and report low stock.
• Create and update databases for customers, artists, and suppliers.
• Assist customers and walk-in clients politely.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an admin, data entry, clerk, or sales assistant preferred.
• HND/B.Sc in any related field
• Must be very good with Microsoft Excel
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be honest, neat, organized, and good with numbers.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 monthly.
