O que você vai fazer?

Como Analista Sênior de Dados, você será responsável por transformar dados em insights estratégicos e desenvolver soluções que suportem a tomada de decisão e a evolução digital da companhia. Suas principais atividades incluem:

  • Desenvolver, estruturar e manter algoritmos e modelos de dados para suportar áreas de negócio e operações.
  • Construir e otimizar pipelines de dados, assegurando qualidade, integridade e disponibilidade das informações.
  • Atuar em projetos de inteligência artificial e analytics, apoiando iniciativas de transformação digital da organização.
  • Desenvolver soluções utilizando plataformas modernas de dados e analytics, incluindo ambientes Foundry.
  • Trabalhar em parceria com áreas de negócio para identificar oportunidades de automação e melhoria de processos.
  • Projetar e implementar estruturas de dados escaláveis e aderentes às melhores práticas de engenharia de dados.
  • Apoiar a definição de indicadores e modelos analíticos voltados para performance operacional e tomada de decisão.

O que a Lear espera de você?

  • Superior completo em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação, Estatística ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência sólida como Analista de Dados, Engenheiro de Dados ou funções similares.
  • Conhecimento em desenvolvimento de algoritmos e soluções analíticas.Vivência com projetos de Inteligência Artificial, Analytics e Engenharia de Dados.
  • Experiência com plataformas de dados modernas, incluindo Foundry (diferencial).
  • Conhecimento em banco de dados, ETL, modelagem e integração de dados.
  • Inglês intermediário a avançado para interação com times globais.
