About the Team

Operations-encompassing Strategic Project Management, Business Intelligence, Workplace, and Legal-functions as the strategic backbone of LearnUpon’s growth. We design, scale, and refine the core infrastructure that powers our day-to-day business. By driving cross-functional alignment, eliminating friction, and leveraging data-driven insights, we enable every team to execute with speed, precision, and efficiency to achieve our most ambitious business goals.

About the Opportunity

As our Strategic Project Manager reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll lead cross-functional initiatives that drive LearnUpon’s growth, operational scale, and customer value. In this role, you will serve as the connective tissue between executive strategy and tactical execution, partnering with global teams to turn high-level vision into delivered business results.

In addition, you'll be responsible for:

• Strategic Translation: Partner with the executive leadership team to convert high-level strategic priorities into structured roadmaps, scopes, and execution plans.
• Delivery & Governance: Establish delivery milestones, accountability systems, and tracking mechanisms to ensure global teams hit critical path deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Drive cross-departmental communication and executive visibility, keeping teams focused, informed, and unblocked across project lifecycles.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively anticipate bottlenecks, resource conflicts, and technical dependencies, implementing practical solutions before delivery is impacted.
• Impact Measurement: Define project-specific KPIs, monitor execution trends, and lead post-launch performance reviews to quantify business ROI.
• Operational Excellence: Identify workflow friction across business units, designing streamlined, repeatable processes that improve operational scale.

Skills & Experience 

Must-Haves                                                                          

• 2-3+ years of industry experience working  in project/program management, management consulting, or a corporate strategy function in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational skills and strategic vision with a proven track record of bringing order to ambiguous challenges.
• High emotional intelligence with demonstrated success navigating complex environments.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and drive projects through to execution.
• Strong communications skills and a proven ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. 
• A calm, programmatic approach to execution when managing multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and working with different teams across the business.
• Results-focused mindset - you get things done, even when the pressure is on.
• Highly adaptable and comfortable pivoting quickly to maintain momentum in evolving situations.
• A keen eye for detail, and can proactively resolve issues before they become blockers.
• A self-starter mentality - you take ownership, show initiative, and thrive being the go-to person.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline tasks and improve efficiencies.
