Personal & Commercial Account Manager

We're looking for a service-minded insurance professional to join our agency as a Personal & Commercial Lines Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to support both personal and commercial clients while developing the expertise needed to transition into a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager position.

What You'll Do
Manage and service Personal Lines accounts, including auto, home, umbrella, and recreational vehicle policies
Assist commercial clients with policy service, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and coverage reviews
Support producers with quoting, submissions, and new business implementation
Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
Identify opportunities to better protect clients through additional coverages and solutions
Participate in renewal planning and account strategy discussions
What We're Looking For
Active Property & Casualty License (or ability to obtain)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Insurance agency experience preferred
Experience with Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, or agency management systems is a plus
