Finishing Engineer

Supervise and manage fit-out and renovation works at project sites.
Ensure all construction and finishing activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations.
Review technical drawings and coordinate any required modifications.
Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
Identify and resolve site technical issues in coordination with the project team.
Ensure efficient utilization of materials, manpower, and resources.
Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.
2–4 years of experience in fit-out, finishing, and renovation projects.
Strong knowledge of finishing materials, construction methods, and site execution.
Excellent understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Previous experience in renovation projects is highly preferred.
