This position will be onsite at our Reno, NV office.

You will

• Engage in inbound and outbound calls with Inc Authority Customers who are considering a change in their services or to renew their services

• Collaborate with sales and customer service management on ideas and tactics to provide customers with new services

• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner

• Analyze customer feedback and develop techniques to ensure customer retention

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

• Explain and upsell our products and benefits of Inc Authority service

• Make calls to existing customers to ensure State Compliance

• Demonstrate Excellent Phone Communication Skills

• Exhibit Interpersonal skills and be detail-oriented

• Navigate a CRM System and use a headset

• Utilize Proficient Computer Skills including Outlook/ MS Office

You have

• Minimum 1-year Call Center/Phone Sales experience

• Customer Service/Call Center experience

• Punctuality

• Positive and Professional Demeanor and Appearance

The base compensation range for this role is $26,000 + monthly performance-based incentive bonus.
