Senior Data Analyst

The Role

Legend is hiring a Senior Data Analyst.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role where you'll partner with teams across Product, Commercial, Marketing, SEO and Performance to deliver the insights that shape strategic business decisions. You'll own complex analytical projects from end-to-end, build advanced forecasting models, improve reporting capabilities and help evolve our analytics function. We're looking for someone who combines exceptional technical expertise with strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence stakeholders through data.

Your Impact:

• Deliver end-to-end analytical projects that help shape commercial, product and marketing decisions across our Sports portfolio.
• Build advanced forecasting models that combine financial planning, historical performance, seasonality and sporting events to improve business forecasting.
• Redesign and enhance our Tableau dashboard suite, providing stakeholders with faster, more actionable performance insights.
• Improve the quality and accessibility of data by identifying gaps, optimising reporting and partnering with Data Engineering to strengthen data pipelines.
• Apply statistical analysis, behavioural analytics and experimentation to uncover opportunities that drive revenue, conversion and long-term business growth.
• Mentor team members while proactively identifying future analytical opportunities that help mature our Performance & Insights function.

What You'll Bring:

• Expert-level SQL alongside strong Python (preferred) or R, Tableau and statistical analysis skills.
• Proven experience independently delivering end-to-end analytical projects from scoping through to implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business challenges into analytical solutions and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Commercial mindset with experience using data to influence business strategy and decision-making.
• Experience mentoring or supporting team members while driving high standards across analytical delivery.
• Experience within sports betting, iGaming or another digital business with strong web analytics exposure is highly desirable.

2nd: Interview with our team, Hiring Manager and Senior People Partner (1 hour video via Zoom)

3rd: Take home task - you will be given a task to complete and return to us for assessment

4th: Final interview with our team, Hiring Manager and Sports Stakeholder (1 hour video via Zoom)
