Senior Product Manager

The Role

Legend is hiring a Senior Product Manager.

This is an opportunity to join one of Legend’s flagship casino affiliate products at a key stage of its evolution, shaping high-impact customer journeys through experimentation, data and customer insight to drive measurable business outcomes.

Working with an experienced Product leadership team, you’ll help shape the roadmap, lead discovery and continuously optimise a high-traffic affiliate site, championing rapid experimentation and evidence-based decision making over large, long-running projects.

You’ll start by immersing yourself in the product and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to understand users, the business and ways of working, before progressing into ownership of key areas and influencing broader product strategy.

Your Impact:

• Own and continuously improve key areas of one of Legend's flagship casino affiliate product, delivering measurable improvements across high-impact customer journeys.
• Lead product discovery through customer research, competitive analysis, data analysis and experimentation to identify new opportunities.
• Drive measurable improvements in user engagement, traffic, conversion and commercial performance through continuous optimisation and A/B testing.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, UX and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality product initiatives from discovery through to launch.
• Contribute to the product roadmap by identifying opportunities, validating ideas and helping prioritise initiatives that deliver value for both users and the business.
• Bring modern Product Management practices, AI-enabled ways of working and a strong experimentation mindset to help evolve the Product function.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in product, owning products from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
• Strong product discovery skills, including customer research, hypothesis generation, experimentation and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience collaborating across Engineering, Design, Data and commercial teams.
• A highly structured approach to Product Management, demonstrating ownership, accountability and exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience working on customer-facing digital products, ideally within high-traffic, SEO-driven, marketplace or affiliate environments.
• Confidence using AI tools and modern Product practices to improve product delivery, collaboration and decision making.

The Interview Process:

1st: Initial Chat with our Talent Partner (45 minutes via Zoom or Teams)

2nd: Interview with one of our Senior Product Managers and our GM - Gaming (approximately 1 hour, preferably in person, with Teams available if required)

3rd: Values interview Interview with a member of our people team.

4th: Take-home Product task - you'll be given time to complete the task before presenting back to one of our Senior Product Managers, GM - Gaming and our Chief Gaming Officer. The presentation will take place in the office.
