The Role
The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request that help assure exceptional guest service specifically in the Concessions environment.

Responsibilities:
The Barback is responsible for providing supplies and providing the bartender with items upon request in a timely manner to help assure exceptional guest service. Delivers stock to all Concessions stands, portables, and commissaries. Shows flexibility in rotating assignments. Helps keep assigned areas clean and organized.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for stocking bar items and filling the ice bins as needed and anticipating bar needs throughout the shift.
- Ensures prompt, quality service is provided.
- Assists in keeping all areas clean and organized.
- Assists in receiving and storing food and beverage deliveries.
- Assist in keeping all areas clean and organized.
- Restocks stands with products in an efficient manner according to transfer dockets provided by Management.
- Inspects stands for deficiencies and reports any and all concerns to Management.
- Assists with moving any equipment as required for events throughout the venue.
- Shows flexibility by rotating to other service locations when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to read, speak and write English in order to communicate with staff and guests
- Ability to work all venue events and maintain a flexible schedule to meet service demand levels, including extended hours, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must maintain personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance in accordance with company and venue standards
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant standing, reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and transport items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette preferred
- Ability to effectively listen and take direction from management
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Licenses & Certifications:
Required - RAMP certification (can be provided by Legends upon hiring if necessary)
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
