Overview:

The Premium Club Coordinator must be passionate, detail-oriented and able to deliver exceptional exclusive experiences within our sports arena clubs. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary contact for club members and guests, ensuring seamless coordination of premium services, events, and amenities that enhance the overall game-day and special event experience.

Reporting to the Director of Catering, the Premium Club Coordinator will support the day-to-day and event-day execution of assigned premium club spaces. This position serves as the primary on-floor coordinator for assigned clubs, working across culinary, beverage, service, staffing, facilities, and other supporting functions to ensure established premium standards are consistently executed.

The position requires strong leadership through influence, attention to detail, operational discipline, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for club members and VIP guests, providing personalized service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary on-floor coordinator for assigned premium club spaces during game days and special events.

Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of private functions, VIP experiences, and game-day amenities within the club.

  • Support the coordination of club execution, including culinary, beverage, service, staffing, cleanliness, presentation, facilities, and overall guest readiness.
  • Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure assigned club spaces are fully prepared and show-ready prior to guest arrival.
  • Maintain a highly visible presence within assigned clubs throughout events, proactively identifying operational needs and communicating them to the appropriate department or leader.
  • Collaborate with hospitality, culinary, beverage, staffing, security, facilities, and operations teams to support seamless service and event execution.
  • Serve as a key operational connection point between supporting departments within assigned club spaces.
  • Partner with culinary teams to monitor food quality, temperature, presentation, replenishment, and timing against established premium standards.
  • Partner with beverage teams to ensure bars and beverage service areas are properly stocked, presented, and prepared for service.
  • Manage reservations, member communications, and special requests related to club access and services.
  • Support the delivery of premium experiences, including catering, amenities, exclusive access, and appropriate surprise-and-delight opportunities.
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to guest concerns with urgency and professionalism, escalating service recovery needs to leadership when appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed records of member preferences, feedback, and service history to tailor future experiences.
  • Assist with club operations including inventory
