Purchasing Administrator

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Fulltime PurchasingAdministratorto join our team. As a purchasingadministrator,you will manage and issue purchase orders through our inventory software while maintainingaccurateorder guides, pricing, item setup, and vendor alignment.If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Manage and issue purchase orders in our inventory software

• Maintain and optimizeinventory order guides, ensuring accuratepricing, item setup, and vendor alignment

• Coordinate purchasing cycles around event schedules, ensuring all locations are fully stocked for game days and high-volume events

• Partner with warehouse teams to support accuratereceiving, inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies

• Monitor inventory levels and key product movement to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory

• Generate and analyze reports on usage, purchasingtrends, and cost variances to support operational decision-making

• Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to align purchasingwith menu execution and demand planning

• Adheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.

• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Available to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)

• Must be 18 years of age or older

COMPENSATION: Competitive salaryof $22-$23/hour commensuratewith experience, and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.
