About the Role
Under the directionof the Director of Premium,this individual will be responsible foreffectively and profitably managing the overall operations of the Premium Suite Operation.

Legends is the official hospitality partner of Raymond James Stadium, home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special eventsand any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)
Direct, implement and maintaina guest service and management philosophy that serves as a guide to respective team members.
Develop and maintainpremium menus to adapt to the ever-changing market,including delivery, presentation, and standards.
Work directly with teamspecificFront Office, Ownership, Visiting Teamsand League Executives.
Build and maintainstrong relationships with multi-year premium Suite holders as well as Individual Game Rentals.
Coordinate menus, develop wine lists, handle guest relationsand monitor adherence to quality assurance standards.
Conducting meetings to update staff on daily goals & objectives.
Provide efficient service and quality products by maintainingpositive customer and client relations through effective communication and prudent financial practices.
Maintain cost as it pertains to labor and operating supplies, work within budgeted guidelines.
Assist the Premium Services Manager with the preparation of the annual fiscal budget and business plan for the upcoming season.
Oversee departmental midyear and end of the year reports
Ensure that all equipment is in proper operational condition and cleanedon a regular basis.
Maintain staff and ensure proper hiring and promoting of associates per Legends Hospitality Standards.
Perform other related duties, tasks,and responsibilities as required.
WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)
To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty abovethe highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor'sdegree with a minimum of 3-5 years management experience in the contract foodservice industry, preferably in premium services, catering and concessions environment for a sports and entertainment venue.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a deadline-oriented environment.
Strong commitment to delivering a high levelof customer and client service with demonstratedinitiative, leadership, and management skills.
Customer service oriented with the ability to interact with all levels of management
Must be flexible to work extendedhours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of accounting policy and procedures and POS Systems is required.
Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
