Job Description

Just imagine creating the foundations that help gaming creators build lasting connections with the LEGO® brand and community. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Program Manager, GAME Creators, you'll provide the operational backbone for LEGO® GAME's creator and fandom work. You'll keep creator programmes and engagement platforms running day to day, turn strategy into repeatable operations, and build processes that help our creator and community work scale. This is a fixed-term cover role running until December 2027 and offers the opportunity to shape how creators, communities and partners engage across our gaming ecosystem.

Please note: Relocation support is not available for this role.

Required Qualifications

  • Ran creator, community or influencer programmes from planning through day-to-day delivery.
  • Managed creator programmes, communities, or engagement initiatives within gaming or user-generated-content ecosystems, including creator-facing platforms.
  • Coordinated programme logistics, cadence and follow-through to maintain reliable delivery.
  • Built repeatable programme workflows, playbooks, and engagement processes for fast-moving creator and community programmes.
  • Coordinated creator programme and platform initiatives across internal teams and external partners, driving execution from planning through delivery.
  • Synthesised creator and participant feedback for internal and partner stakeholders.
  • Produced timely programme reporting for senior internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Designed or supported incentive and recognition mechanics that encourage high-quality participation.
  • Operated or supported creator-facing platforms, engagement hubs, or community tools within gaming or user-generated-content ecosystems.

What you'll build

  • Reliable operations for creator and community programmes, including planning sessions, materials preparation, feedback management, engagement tactics, and the day-to-day management of creator-facing engagement platforms.
  • Scalable playbooks, processes and working rhythms that improve programme consistency and effectiveness.
  • Structures, guidelines, and engagement plans for creator-facing platforms and tools, ensuring consistent participation and adoption.
  • Strategic creator programmes and engagement initiatives designed to support product, marketing, and community objectives.
  • Strong connections between gaming creators and wider creator initiatives across the business.
  • Clear stakeholder reporting and opportunities that extend creator participation into broader programmes.

If you've worked in a role where you ran creator, community or influencer programmes end to end, coordinated programme delivery, built repeatable workflows, managed creator-facing platforms and reported outcomes to senior stakeholders, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to create structure, maintain reliable delivery and help programmes scale while keeping creators and partners engaged.

Life on the team

You'll join the LEGO GAME, where gaming, creators, community and programme operations come together. The team works closely with colleagues across the business and external partners, sharing knowledge through clear planning and dependable follow-through. You'll have the opportunity to contribute new ideas, take ownership of your work, navigate ambiguity with confidence and help shape scalable ways of working. The team follows a hybrid rhythm, with time spent both in the office and working remotely.

What success looks like

Success means balancing the smooth delivery of live creator programmes with continuous improvements to how they operate behind the scenes. You'll establish processes that make programmes more repeatable, strengthen creator engagement and ensure operations remain compliant and dependable. You'll work closely with product teams, marketing leads, legal and compliance partners, creator programme teams, external partners and gaming creators to help connect creators with meaningful opportunities across the LEGO® gaming ecosystem.
