Core Responsibilities

Play your part in our team succeeding

MD&I Material Logistics is a global engineering and project function supporting factory expansion, operational performance and increased automation across LEGO Manufacturing. Collaboration sits at the heart of the team, connecting colleagues across factories, Engineering, Digital, Procurement and project organisations with external suppliers and system integrators to build, rebuild and inspire solutions across our manufacturing network.

Reporting to the Director of MD&I Material Logistics, you’ll create connections across disciplines, countries and organisations, bringing the right people together to solve technical challenges and turn ideas into practical solutions. The relationships you build in Billund and across existing factories will become an important network as you move with the project into its next chapter.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Experience collaborating across factory operations, engineering, digital teams, suppliers and system integrators.
  • Comfortable building professional networks and creating alignment across different disciplines, organisations and locations.
  • Experience with warehouse automation, intralogistics, material-flow processes and supporting digital systems.
  • Curious and open-minded, with the ability to share knowledge, listen and influence without direct authority.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Greenfield factory development, Brownfield transformation or automated warehouse projects.
  • Familiarity with supplier qualification, procurement processes, and global manufacturing networks.

Relevant education in logistics, supply chain, industrial, mechanical, automation or production engineering is helpful, while equivalent professional experience is equally valued.
