The Territory Manager - Sales (Projects) will lead the execution of sales strategies for IN-NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) within the L7 - IN - LEGRAND Project Sales department. You will be responsible for achieving DSO, meeting revenue goals across all product lines, and cultivating strong relationships with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, developers and other stakeholders in the projects segment.
  • Achieve DSO and revenue targets for all product categories in the Projects segment.
  • Develop and implement territory sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new project opportunities with major customers and partners.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, and developers.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to anticipate trends and competitive activity.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, product, and support teams to ensure project delivery excellence.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms while safeguarding profitability.
  • Organize and lead product presentations, technical workshops, and customer trainings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in project sales within the electrical or digital systems industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding DSO and revenue targets.
  • Strong network of contacts with stockists, agents, specifiers, panel builders, and developers.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Knowledge of LEGRAND product portfolio and industry standards.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
