Vous serez pleinement impliqué dans l’organisation et la stratégie du Groupe en matière de droit boursier et gouvernance.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

- Participation à l’organisation des conseils d’administration, des comités du conseil et de l’assemblée générale

- Participation à l’établissement du document d’enregistrement universel

- Support aux juristes de l'équipe dans leurs tâches quotidiennes de manière ponctuelle

- Veille juridique et recherches en matière de droit des sociétés, droit boursier, gouvernance, rédaction de notes et de présentations PowerPoint, benchmark

Profil

Master Droit (droit des sociétés, droit boursier ou droit des affaires), ou DJCE, Université - Ecole de commerce - Elève-Avocat - IEJ

Anglais courant

Vos qualités : rigueur, capacité d’analyse, proactivité, esprit d’équipe, adaptabilité et bonne capacité à communiquer

Conditions

Début du stage : Octobre 2026 ou Janvier 2027 pour 6 mois

Lieu : Bagnolet (93)
