As a Senior PCB Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of our advanced electrical and digital systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation and ensuring the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of talented engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and development.

Lead and mentor a team of PCB engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Design and develop complex PCB layouts, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Conduct thorough testing and validation of PCB designs, including 1 ph and 3 ph UPS testing and board-level servicing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PCBs into larger systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating them into our PCB design processes.
Document and maintain comprehensive records of PCB designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex PCB-related issues, providing timely solutions to ensure smooth operations.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of the PCB team, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Participate in project planning and estimation, contributing to the successful delivery of projects within deadlines.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise and establishing valuable connections.

Minimum 5 years of experience in PCB design and development, with a proven track record of successful projects.
Expertise in handling 1 ph and 3 ph UPS testing and commissioning, as well as board-level servicing.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team of engineers.
Proficiency in PCB design software and tools, such as Altium Designer or similar industry-standard applications.
Excellent knowledge of electrical engineering principles and circuit design.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to PCB design and manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
A proactive and innovative mindset, constantly seeking opportunities for improvement and growth.
A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
