As a leader in vehicle upfitting and fleet solutions, we're looking for a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our customers and sales team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping customers throughout the sales and order process. You'll play a key role in coordinating customer needs, supporting account activities, and helping ensure a positive customer experience from quote to delivery. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

· Provide day-to-day support to customers and field sales representatives

· Assist with preparing customer quotes and sales documentation

· Process orders and track order status

· Coordinate scheduling for vehicle installations and deliveries

· Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person

· Provide updates regarding order status and product availability

· Assist in resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner

· Maintain accurate customer and order information within company systems

· Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and project timelines

· Stay informed about company products, services, and industry developments

· Proficient working with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience in customer service, sales support, account coordination, or related roles preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

· High attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel

· Experience using CRM software such as Salesforce preferred

· Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is a plus

· Knowledge of fleet equipment, vehicle upfitting, or public safety vehicle products is helpful but not required
