Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner and efficiently
- Prepare customer quotations, process invoices, and assist with order-related inquiries
- Support sales and customer service efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services including uniforms and equipment
- Provide accurate uniform sizing, fittings, and measurements for vests and uniforms
- Replenish inventory and monitor floor stock
- Maintain and update product pricing and information within NetSuite
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Office applications for data entry, reporting, and recordkeeping
- Maintain confidential company and personnel information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with general office duties and administrative projects as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to interact with customers, vendors, and team members
- Professional verbal and written communication abilities
- Working knowledge of general office procedures and administrative practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a busy office environment
- Basic mathematical and data-entry skills
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with NetSuite ERP software
- Experience in the automotive parts, emergency vehicle upfitting, fleet, or public safety equipment industry
- Previous customer service, administrative, and retail experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer workstation for extended periods
- Ability to operate standard office equipment, including computers, telephones, printers, and copiers
- Ability to communicate effectively in person, by telephone, and electronically
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift materials weighing up to 30 pounds
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting at $20/hour
- Part-Time/non-exempt

Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:00 am 2:30 pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Schedule may be adjusted as needed to accommodate customer needs and ensure appropriate coverage during staff absences
