The Leidos AEGIS program is seeking an experienced Cyber Operations & Security Specialist II to support cybersecurity operations, conference room technologies, and compliance with established organizational security plans and requirements. In this role, you will support vulnerability remediation, security documentation, device integration, and ongoing security plan maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring experience with vulnerability management and security controls, technical audiovisual (AV) environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, leadership, and service line stakeholders to maintain secure and compliant operations.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Update and maintain Security Plans, SOC MARs, Risk-Based Decisions (RBDs), and Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
- Coordinate device vulnerability scans and support remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and respond to SOC MARs, POA&Ms, and RBDs impacting conference room environments.
- Assist Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Gateway Technicians with technical and security-related issues.
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and add devices to supported service lines.
- Track Service Enhancement and Security updates using Microsoft Teams.
- Manage Security Plan changes associated with hardware additions, removals, and modifications.
- Create and update MID records and manage associated NITSM tasks.
- Coordinate Security Plan requirements with conference room support funding.
- Maintain process documentation and provide leadership updates using Microsoft Excel.
- Update CSR and leadership presentation materials with Service Enhancement information.
- Provide Service Enhancement and Security updates to leadership and WCS.
- Participate in engineering and security meetings, including IAT and ISSO meetings.
- Participate in EVMT Security Plan vulnerability reviews.
- Prepare and submit 5-by-15 status updates to the Director.
- Generate Cisco usage and NMI reports.
- Maintain applicable certifications and licenses.
- Develop and maintain process documentation in designated shared repositories.
- Maintain and update contingency plans.
- Support Authorization to Operate (ATO) renewal activities.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience in the following areas:
- Vulnerability management processes and security controls.
- Technical knowledge of audiovisual (AV) systems and technologies.
- Security Plan processes and catalog management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, leadership, and service line stakeholders.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance ranging from a Public Trust, at minimum, up to a Top-Secret clearance, as required.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $69,550.00 - $125,725.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
