  • Handle highly sensitive information, including employee relations matters, compensation, executive talent decisions, organizational changes, and sensitive business and technology matters, with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Serve as a point of contact for senior leaders, customers, and external executives, providing clear explanation, clarification, and diplomacy
  • Support speaking engagements, client relationships, and research for executive priorities
  • Take ownership of special projects and complex assignments, using independent judgment and initiative
  • Partner with executive administrators across the enterprise to coordinate schedules, events, and information flow

What You’ll Need (Required)

  • Experience with travel and expense systems such as Concur
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels, including with executives and customers
  • Strong prioritization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with close attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once and deliver on time
  • Ability to work independently and exercise discretion with confidential information
  • Ability to work onsite full time at the Reston headquarters
  • Flexibility to support early, late, or occasional weekend needs around key events, travel, and executive priorities
