  • Maintain organizational documents, executive policies, SOPs, and administrative tracking systems; streamline processes to improve efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, presentations, correspondence, reports, and program updates to support decision-making and oversight.
  • Support development, execution, and monitoring of capital and operating budgets, including forecasting, expenditure tracking, and variance resolution.
  • Assist with personnel security processes, including clearance verification and cross-agency reciprocity.
  • Coordinate across internal and external partners, manage competing priorities, and uphold a high level of professionalism.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

  • BA degree with 8-12 years of relevant experience, OR master’s degree with 4-6 years, OR equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Knowledge of FAA culture, structure, policies, and program objectives.
  • Strong experience managing executive travel in compliance with DOT/FAA standards.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive calendars, leadership events, and complex logistics.
  • Experience developing and executing high-level capital and operating budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
  • Familiarity with UAS integration efforts, FAA policy coordination, and Part 107 authorization/waiver processes within the NAS.
  • Experience maintaining executive policies, SOPs, and standardized administrative processes.
  • Working knowledge of federal personnel security frameworks, including FAA/ASH systems and DoD DISS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of producing polished executive materials.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and communicate complex topics clearly.
