As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will play a key role by providing governance, contracts proposal lead, contract administration, compliance oversight, customer relationship management, and contract risk management across a dynamic portfolio of programs supporting critical national security missions.
Your Mission
As a Senior Contracts Manager, you’ll be a part of a dynamic team of contracts professionals while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that protect and advance national security interests. The position requires exceptional judgment, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels while managing risk through compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and customer requirements.

What You Bring
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years
- Contracts Expertise: Deep knowledge of government contracts, subcontracts, and proposal support
- Business Acumen & Execution: Ability to make sound business judgments, handle multiple contractual activities with a short turn-around time, and work independently as well as part of a Team.
- Negotiation Mastery: Expert-level skills in complex terms and conditions negotiations
- Regulatory Knowledge: Working expertise in FAR/DFAR, OTAs, CRADAs, and commercial agreements
- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI with polygraph required

- Large capture team experience
- AI implementation experience in contract processes
- Government or corporate procurement background
Location:This is a hybrid position working at customer sites in Northern, VA and Bethesda, MD. Must be comfortable working at a customer site a minimum of two (2) days a week and traveling to meetings as needed.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
