Test Engineer
Location: Hybrid, 1 day a week onsite moving to a more remote working model - Whiteley, Hampshire
Security Clearance: BPSS
We're looking for a talented Test Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of a large-scale systems integration programme. You'll work as part of a collaborative, agile team, helping to ensure complex software, infrastructure, and integrated systems perform reliably and meet customer expectations.

Working as part of a collaborative agile team, you'll help design, execute and improve testing across complex software, infrastructure and integrated systems, ensuring quality outcomes for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create and execute test plans, test cases and test reports.
- Perform manual and automated testing across integrated systems.
- Investigate defects, identify root causes and support resolution.
- Work closely with engineers, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Report on testing progress, risks and issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in software testing, systems integration, or technical delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of the testing lifecycle, including Functional, Integration and Non-Functional Testing.
- Experience creating test cases from requirements and technical designs.
- Experience testing integrated or third-party systems.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ISTQB/ISEB Foundation qualification or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have
- Test automation experience.
- Agile delivery experience.
- Exposure to cloud, infrastructure or enterprise-scale environments.
- Experience within Defence, Aviation, Government or other regulated sectors.
- Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.

Pay Range:
£47,600.00-£61,000.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
