Lendlease WA is currently looking for multiple Senior Site Supervisor to drive the delivery of our long-term projects.
This role will see you supervising daily site activities and coordinating structure's sub-contractors, suppliers, and general construction activities, as well as developing and managing short-term programs, monitoring project costs, and overseeing project QA, and EHS requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating daily site activities and subcontractor management.
- Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Supporting the implementation of project plans, schedules, and site documentation.
- Conducting site inspections and report progress to senior supervisors.
- Helping resolve on-site issues promptly to maintain workflow.
- Maintaining accurate records of site activities and materials.
About you
- Trade qualification or Certificate III/IV in Building and Construction or equivalent qualification.
- 5+ years of experience in a construction or site-based role
- Strong nderstanding of WHS regulations and site safety practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with construction management software (desirable).
