Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your Future

As Product Manager for the Lennar Account, you will own the customer's logged-in experience with Lennar across two surfaces: the Lennar mobile app and the account experience on Lennar.com. With a shared back end and a shared experience, the Lennar Account is one product delivered on two surfaces, and you will make sure every feature that touches the customer is fully spec'd, designed, tested, and shipped with parity across both. This is a hands-on role where you will drive the full agile process, from discovery and design scope through stories, sprints, QA, and release, and own each feature to completion. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, QA, Data, and Operations, and partner with the Senior Product Managers for Road to Close and Homeowner Experience to bring a clean customer experience to life in the app and on the web.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

  • Own the Lennar Account product across the mobile app (iOS and Android) and Lennar.com, including account creation, sign-in, profile, navigation, notifications, and the core features customers use throughout their journey.
  • Ensure every feature is spec'd, designed, and tested for both app and web, maintaining parity and a consistent look, feel, and behavior across surfaces.
  • Own features end to end, from problem definition and design scope through development, testing, release, and post-launch measurement, until they are complete and performing.
  • Partner with Design to define user flows, wireframes, and UX/UI requirements, and work through the edge cases, error states, empty states, and data scenarios that make a feature production-ready.
  • Partner with Engineering to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria, groom and prioritize the backlog, plan sprints, and triage and prioritize bugs.
  • Coordinate QA and user acceptance testing across devices, operating systems, and browsers, and own release readiness, including app store submissions, phased rollouts, and feature flags.
  • Lead customer research, including user interviews, usability testing, and surveys, to understand homebuyer and homeowner needs and validate designs before and after launch.
  • Collect, synthesize, and act on customer feedback from app store reviews, in-app feedback, surveys, and customer care teams, turning insights into roadmap priorities.
  • Define, instrument, and track the metrics that matter, including account adoption, active users, feature engagement, task completion, app store rating, and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the back-end platform and security capabilities behind the Lennar Account and app, including identity and access management, federated SSO, session and token management, role-based permissions for authorized users, feature flag and remote configuration frameworks, and data protection controls such as encryption, PII handling, and privacy compliance, in partnership with Engineering and Information Security.
  • Champion accessibility and performance so the Lennar Account is fast, reliable, and usable by every customer.
  • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership, applying a lean, test-and-learn approach to inform product direction quickly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience, with hands-on ownership of a consumer-facing mobile app and/or web product.
  • Experience shipping features on iOS and Android, including app store release processes, and delivering a consistent experience across multiple surfaces.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile delivery, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and bug triage.
  • Strong UX/UI instincts and a track record of partnering closely with designers, with comfort working in tools like Figma.
  • Experience planning and running customer research, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using product analytics and experimentation (for example, A/B testing) to prioritize and evaluate product decisions.
  • Detail-oriented approach to edge cases, testing, and quality, with a drive to own work through to completion.
  • Familiarity with account and identity experiences (sign-in, SSO, permissions), accessibility standards (WCAG), and CRM platforms such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Experience in homebuilding, real estate, mortgage, or other complex consumer transactions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams and explain trade-offs clearly.
  • Humble, hungry to make an impact, and proactive in taking initiative.
  • Up to 25% travel.
