Product Analysis Associate Specialist

We are building and operating global B2B systems that support Lenovo’s marketing, channel sales, and channel rebate management business. We are looking for fresh graduates as TPA position who are passionate about B2B products, Marketing&Sales, Channel business processes, user experience, and AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with China-based R&D teams, own end-to-end product delivery, and help build enterprise-level systems used globally.

Key Responsibilities

Product Planning & Execution

• Assist in end-to-end product planning and refine requirements for marketing, channel sales, and rebate-related systems.
• Design clear, practical product solutions to meet business and user needs and enhance product competitiveness.

User Insight & Competitive Analysis

• Deeply understand user scenarios and business pain points, supporting UI/UX and functional optimization.
• Track industry and competitor trends to drive continuous product innovation.

Project Lifecycle Management

• Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, requirement, development to launch.
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Cooperate closely with business, DT, design, development, testing, and data integration teams.
• Promote alignment, clarify priorities, and drive efficient product delivery.

Requirement Communication

• Clearly translate business needs into product requirements and explain logic to engineering teams.
• Ensure development output is consistent with product design and user expectations.

User Support & Iteration

• Support user training, UAT, and user feedback collection.
• Continuously optimize products based on data, user feedback, and business changes.

Basic Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Graduated from Top 5 universities in Malaysia; graduates from Malaysia’s top-tier flagship universities are highly preferred.
• Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems, or other related engineering fields.

Skills & Mindset

• Strong logical thinking, analytical ability, and B2B product sense.
• Interest and awareness in AI technologies and AI-driven product design.
• Excellent English communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible, quick learner, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Tools (Basic or Willing to Learn)

• Jira for requirement tracking and project lifecycle management.
• XMind for requirement analysis and structure 梳理.
• Axure, Figma, or Mockingbot for prototype design.
• PPT / Keynote for product presentation, user training, and IT solution delivery.

Advantages / Plus

• Basic understanding of channel sales, marketing, or rebate processes is a plus.
• Product management-related internships or project experience is a plus.
• Basic Chinese language skills are a strong plus for collaboration with China R&D teams.
• Experience or interest in AI system design is a plus.
• Master’s degree graduates from Top 5 universities in Malaysia are highly preferred.
