В Ваши задачи будет входить:
  • Своевременная организация, сопровождение и контроль прохождения персоналом обучения, обязательного по законодательству РФ;
  • Организация и контроль получения работниками обособленных подразделений Компании документов, подтверждающих прохождение обучения, обязательного по законодательству РФ;
  • Обеспечение выполнения качественных показателей по обучению персонала;
  • Подготовка информации, оперативных отчетов по требованию руководства и прочих внутренних и внешних пользователей отчетности Компании
От Вас ожидаем:
  • высшее или средне-специальное образование;
  • опыт работы в сфере организации Законодательного обучения будет преимуществом;
  • хорошие аналитические способности, умение работать с большими объемами информации;
  • уверенный пользователь MS Excel (сводные таблицы, формулы);
  • развитые коммуникативные навыки, грамотная письменная и устная речь.
