Sales Operation Analyst

Team Global Express NZ delivers freight forwarding, end-to-end transport services, and comprehensive logistics solutions to customers operating across New Zealand from Kaitaia to Invercargill.

We're looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to provide the reporting; systems support and analytical insights that enable our Sales team to perform at their best.

About the role - Mō te tūranga

You'll play a key role in supporting the reporting, systems and processes that underpin our Commercial function. You'll be responsible for delivering accurate sales and customer insights, maintaining CRM and reporting integrity, and supporting forecasting, tender and customer performance activities that enable effective commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce and analyse pipeline, forecasting and sales performance reporting.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Support revenue forecasting and commercial planning activities.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and Salesforce enhancements.
• Coordinate tender submissions and supporting documentation.
• Deliver customer reporting and support Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and sales processes.

• Advanced Excel and PowerBI reporting and analytical capability
• Experience working with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
• Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful business insights.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Well-developed stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A continuous improvement mindset and ability to identify process efficiencies.
