Solve complex challenges across a global network landscape
Join an international network team responsible for keeping our business connected and performing at its best. You will take on complex technical challenges, investigate and resolve critical network issues, and provide advanced support across a diverse enterprise environment. Along the way, you will collaborate with network experts across the globe, share knowledge and contribute to delivering secure, reliable and high-performing connectivity.
Your tasks
- Operate, maintain, and continuously improve enterprise LAN, WAN, WLAN, and data center network environments;
- Configure and support SDWAN routers, switches, wireless infrastructure, VPN solutions, and network access control systems;
- Provide second-level and third-level support for network incidents and service requests;
- Analyze and resolve complex connectivity, availability, and performance issues;
- Plan and implement network changes, upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure projects;
- Support the integration of new locations, production sites, cloud environments, and business applications;
- Support network automation and configuration management initiatives.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification;
- Professional networking certification such as CCNP or an equivalent vendor certification;
- Experience with Cisco, Arista, Palo Alto, F5 or comparable enterprise networking technologies;
- At least five years of professional experience in enterprise networking or network infrastructure operations;
- Experience in troubleshooting complex network and connectivity issues;
- Good written and spoken English skills;
- Willingness to participate in occasional business travel and maintenance activities outside regular working hours.
