As a Senior Graphic Designer - Multimedia Designer, you’ll combine graphic design, motion, and video to create everything from digital ads, email visuals, presentations, and marketing collateral to product tutorials, demos, branded animations, and short-form video content. You’ll work closely with marketing and product teams from concept to final delivery, making sure every asset is visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for the platform where it will be used.

This position is available in a hybrid regime that implies working from the office at least once a week. Please take into account that you would need to be located in or near the Cluj-Napoca area.

What you'll bring along:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative, effective graphic design work, plus supporting video and motion samples, ideally including short-form paid or performance video such as pre-roll or social ads.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with demonstrated ability in motion graphics or video editing, ideally within a marketing context.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or visual communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Solid understanding of color theory, composition, and layout principles.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for design and for motion and video.
• Familiarity with paid and social video specs and best practices, including designing for muted playback, fast brand recognition, and platform requirements for pre-roll, bumper, and social ad formats.
• Experience producing tutorials and demos with a screen-capture tool.
• Working knowledge of video formats, encoding best practices, and delivery pipelines for different platforms.
• Experience working within and contributing to a design assets library, ensuring visual and component consistency across a product or brand.
• Strong visual storytelling and conceptual skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate across teams and respond to feedback constructively.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience designing for B2C, real estate, proptech, or SaaS products.

What you'll do:

Graphic Design

• Create static and animated banner ads for digital campaigns across web, social, and display.
• Design engaging visuals for email and lifecycle campaigns and newsletters.
• Produce visually polished slide decks and stakeholder-facing presentations.
• Support blog and content marketing with branded graphics and visuals.
• Design brochures, promo kits, and other marketing collateral.
• Create and update landing pages and on-page assets.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and design best practices.
• Deliver assets optimized for different screen sizes, devices, and platforms.
• Work within and help maintain the design assets library, keeping components, templates, and brand assets consistent and current across channels.

Product Tutorials, Demos, and Motion

• Produce product tutorial and demo videos using screen recordings and screenshots that show users how to use the website features.
• Create motion-graphics sequences such as intros, lower-thirds, transitions, and captions, and design short paid-video creative (pre-roll, bumpers) that lands a hook and brand message in the first few muted seconds.
• Edit, assemble, and deliver short-form video for paid and organic campaigns, including pre-roll and bumper ads (YouTube, connected TV, social), social media, email, internal communications, and presentations.
• Produce branded animations to support blog content, feature launches, and product education.
• Ensure video and motion assets follow brand and motion standards and are optimized for delivery across platforms and devices.

Cross-Functional

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams from concept through final delivery, working on shared objectives.
• Contribute ideas to improve visual output, video production, and creative processes.
