Your impact:

As our Senior Employer Branding Specialist (Employer Branding), you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience at Yardi Romania. Through engaging communication, memorable events, and creative culture-building initiatives, you'll help strengthen our employer brand, foster meaningful connections, and create an environment where people feel informed, involved, and inspired.

Working closely with local HR, recruiters, marketing, leadership, and external agencies, you'll transform ideas into impactful programs that support every stage of the employee journey while contributing to Yardi Romania's reputation as an employer of choice.

This is a temporary position offered as maternity leave cover, with a fixed-term contract.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca. However, due to the nature of the role, additional on-site presence will be expected during company events and key employer branding initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives that strengthen the culture and employee experience across Yardi Romania's Cluj office.
• Develop and coordinate internal wellbeing, recognition and culture-building initiatives, collaborating with external vendors, speakers and partners when needed.
• Coordinate internal events, webinars, workshops, guest speaker sessions and company-wide celebrations from planning through execution.
• Lead the communication strategy and creative direction for Yardi Romania's Summer and End-of-Year Parties, managing budgets, timelines, stakeholders and external event agencies from concept to execution.
• Coordinate internal communication campaigns that support HR initiatives, employee programs, office updates and company milestones.
• Partner with our Graphic Designer to create communication materials, presentations, surveys, newsletters, intranet pages and other employee-facing content.
• Monitor participation, employee feedback and key engagement metrics, preparing reports and recommendations to continuously improve future initiatives.
• Stay up to date with employer branding, employee engagement, and communication trends, bringing fresh ideas, tools, and best practices into the team while identifying new opportunities to strengthen our employer brand.
• Contribute to broader employer branding initiatives supporting Yardi Romania's Cluj office, including recruitment marketing campaigns, external partnerships and other projects, as needed.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Human Resources or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Employee Experience, Marketing or a similar field is preferred. Candidates with 3+ years of experience who demonstrate strong project ownership and relevant expertise are also encouraged to apply.
• Hands-on experience coordinating employee engagement initiatives, internal events, communication campaigns or employer branding projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with a passion for building engaging employee experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and public speaking skills in both Romanian and English, with the ability to create engaging content and confidently facilitate meetings, events and webinars.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
