Your impact:

We are looking for a Technical Analyst focused on AI flows to join our digital marketing team.

This is not a software engineering role. It sits at the intersection of process thinking, analytical depth, and applied AI, with a clear mandate to make our marketing and business operations faster, smarter, and more consistent. You will analyze how work currently gets done, identify where AI and automation can create real leverage, and design and implement solutions that stick.

From mapping workflows to deploying AI-enabled tools, documenting what you build, and enabling your colleagues to actually use it, your work will directly shape how our team operates at scale. You will work closely with colleagues across marketing, product, and technology, serving as the connective layer between business needs and AI-powered execution.

This hybrid role requires working from the office at least once a week, so please take into account that you should be based in or near Cluj-Napoca.

What you'll bring along:

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in analytics, process design, automation, or a technically adjacent role;
• Hands-on experience designing or implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation logic, or process improvements, going beyond mere familiarity with the tools;
• Ability to translate ambiguous business and operational needs into structured workflow designs and clear use cases;
• Comfortable working with structured datasets to extract, analyze, and interpret information in support of workflow and reporting tasks;
• Experience evaluating and working with AI tools and platforms (e.g. LLM-based tools, no-code/low-code automation, prompt-driven workflows);
• Strong analytical thinking: able to identify patterns, measure impact, and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Comfortable producing clear, thorough documentation, including workflow specs, process standards, and implementation guides;
• Effective at managing multiple concurrent projects independently, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through;
• Curious about the AI landscape: you actively track emerging tools and capabilities and can assess their practical relevance;
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels, web UX, and marketing workflows, enough to translate them into data models and automation logic.

What you'll do:

• Analyze existing marketing and business workflows to identify where AI-driven automation and optimization can create measurable efficiency gains;
• Design, document, and implement AI-supported workflows that improve planning, execution, content creation, reporting, and decision-making;
• Translate marketing and operational requirements into concrete workflow designs, use cases, and automation logic, without necessarily writing production code;
• Evaluate, test, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and integrations; produce formal assessment reports with clear recommendations;
• Monitor the performance and adoption of implemented workflows; identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities, and act on them;
• Maintain workflow documentation, standards, and best practices to ensure clarity, repeatability, and long-term maintainability;
• Support change management across teams through training, documentation, and hands-on guidance for AI tools and workflows;
• Prepare and present workflow proposals, impact assessments, and progress updates to stakeholders and leadership;
• Perform analytical work including market and competitive research, customer behavior studies, and business metrics tracking;
• Collaborate closely with colleagues within the marketing department across different specializations, and with product and technology teams, to ensure AI solutions are aligned with actual business needs;
• Research emerging AI capabilities on a continuous basis and assess their practical relevance for our operations;
• Contribute to a team culture of experimentation, responsible AI usage, and continuous process improvement.
