(A) JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Head - Talent Acquisition to lead Lepton's talent strategy and partner closely with founders, business leaders, and the HR Head in building a future-ready organization. This role goes beyond recruitment. You will drive workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and talent strategy while ensuring every hire strengthens our culture and supports our long-term business goals. We're looking for someone who has worked closely with founders or leadership teams, thinks beyond conventional hiring, and is passionate about building exceptional teams-not just filling positions.
(B) JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Develop and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and create hiring roadmaps.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
Leadership Hiring & Talent Excellence
- Lead leadership, niche, and business-critical hiring.
- Drive structured hiring processes that improve quality of hire and candidate experience.
- Ensure every hiring decision balances technical capability with cultural alignment.
Culture & Employer Brand
- Strengthen Lepton's culture by hiring people who embody our values and ownership mindset.
- Build Lepton's employer brand and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Enhance employee referral and talent community initiatives.
Business Partnership & Innovation
- Act as a trusted advisor to founders and business leaders on talent decisions.
- Introduce innovative hiring practices, AI-enabled recruitment tools, and market intelligence.
- Challenge traditional recruitment approaches and identify smarter ways to attract exceptional talent.
Recruitment Excellence
- Establish scalable recruitment processes and governance.
- Track hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition team.
(C) QUALIFICATION & SKILLSET
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
Experience
- 10-15 years in Talent Acquisition with leadership experience.
- Proven expertise in workforce planning, leadership hiring, employer branding, and scaling recruitment functions.
- Experience partnering with founders/CXOs preferred.
- Experience in Technology, SaaS, Telecom, GIS, IT Services, or Engineering is an advantage.
