Deine Mission
Du unterstützt unser IT-Team im Tagesgeschäft und sammelst dabei praxisnahe Erfahrung in einer modernen, hybriden IT-Landschaft. Du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei kleineren technischen Anliegen unserer Mitarbeitenden und sorgst dafür, dass Hardware und Arbeitsplätze reibungslos funktionieren. Kurz gesagt: Du bekommst Einblicke in einen echten IT-Betrieb und packst mit an.
- Einrichtung und Ausstattung von Arbeitsplätzen (Laptop, Monitor, etc.)
- Bearbeitung einfacher Support-Tickets im Rahmen des Level-1-Supports
- Unterstützung bei Passwort-Rücksetzungen und Zugriffsanpassungen
- Mithilfe bei der Inventarisierung und Pflege des Asset-Managements
- Mitarbeit an kleineren Projekten, z. B. dem Testen neuer Tools oder Prozesse
Was Du mitbringst
- Ein laufendes Studium, idealerweise mit IT-Bezug (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik) oder vergleichbare Vorkenntnisse
- Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support
- Grundkenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (z. B. Teams, Outlook)
- Interesse an IT-Infrastruktur, Systemen und Sicherheitsthemen
- Eigeninitiative, Zuverlässigkeit und eine pragmatische Denkweise
