As a team leader, you will manage a team of 12 to 16 staff members on a daily basis. You are a hands-on team leader who is actively present on the shop floor and ensures that day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

You coordinate and organise daily activities to ensure the schedule is completed smoothly.
You motivate and support your staff and ensure good teamwork.
You oversee safety, quality and operational objectives and make adjustments where necessary.
You manage the daily staffing and ensure a fair distribution of work within your team.
You organise the necessary training sessions and consultation meetings.
You work together with your colleagues and process engineers to ensure consistent operations across the various shifts.

You have experience as a team leader in a production or operational environment.
You have experience in managing a team of 12 to 16 staff members.
You are a hands-on team leader and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
You know how to get things done and can lead your team in a positive and motivating way.
You have a keen interest in food and a good technical aptitude.
Safety, quality and the environment are of the utmost importance to you.
You are flexible and willing to work in a two-shift system.
You speak and write Dutch/French/English fluently.
You are no stranger to computers and are quick to learn new programmes.
