Job Description

Levergate Recruitment Services is recruiting an enthusiastic and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent on behalf of a leading international luxury casino resort in Limassol, Cyprus.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys communicating with people, building customer relationships and working in a dynamic hospitality and entertainment environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting existing and potential customers, promoting exclusive resort experiences, special offers and complimentary stays, and encouraging reservations and repeat visits.

The role combines outbound sales, customer engagement, relationship management and hospitality marketing, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote resort facilities, services, special offers and promotional campaigns.
• Encourage customer bookings, repeat visits and engagement with the resort's offerings.
• Present and coordinate promotional packages, complimentary stays and exclusive customer offers.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and follow up with interested customers.
• Build and maintain positive, long-term customer relationships.
• Handle customer enquiries and objections professionally, using effective communication and sales techniques.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-up.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and customer service teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, gaming regulations and customer data protection requirements.
• Stay informed about resort services, facilities, events and current promotions.

Requirements

• Fluent Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Additional languages such as Hebrew, Arabic or Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, call centres, customer support, hospitality or Forex is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and telephone sales skills.
• Confident in approaching customers, presenting offers and handling objections.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Target-driven mindset with strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
