Business Development Representative

As our team continues to grow, we are looking to fill the position of Business Development Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research new business prospects in Germany.
• Establish an initial point of contact with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Identify and prioritize high-potential marketing leads.
• Schedule meetings and demos with qualified prospects.
• Present the company’s services and solutions to potential customers at conferences and other business events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in B2B Business Development in IT outsourcing or outstaffing companies.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and lead qualification.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to understand prospects’ needs, assess business fit, and identify potential opportunities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experienceworking with CRM systems and maintaining accurate sales data.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented approach.
• German C1+ and English C1+ are a must
• Ability to travel abroad.
