About the Role

You’ll lead the Channel Marketing team and its performance, delivering initiatives that accelerate demand generation, increase indirect revenue, and strengthen the channel ecosystem. You’ll manage programs, investments, and relationships with strategic partners while aligning activity with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate local action plans, connect them to the function’s strategy and the organization’s mission, and motivate the team to achieve business goals.
  • Analyze digital marketing campaign performance and collect customer and market data to support the review of marketing activities.
  • Monitor external developments and emerging issues, evaluating their potential impact or value to the organization.
  • Manage suppliers and contracts that support advertising, promotional, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Resolve complex queries from customers or suppliers, providing process and policy information and referring interpretation issues when needed.
  • Allocate work, monitor team performance and completion, support individual development, and take corrective action to maintain quality and timeliness.
  • Apply brand guidelines and templates while promoting the importance of consistent brand positioning.
  • Build effective stakeholder relationships, respond to stakeholder needs, track budgets, and report variances to senior colleagues.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering channel marketing initiatives and assessing campaign performance.
  • Experience leading a team, allocating work, and supporting performance development.
  • Ability to build productive relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
  • Experience managing marketing suppliers, contracts, programs, or investments.
  • Ability to use customer, market, and performance data to inform decisions.
  • Understanding of brand positioning and the consistent application of brand guidelines.
  • Ability to track budgets and communicate variances.
  • Clear communication and sound judgment when resolving complex queries.
